This page sets out the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for use of the Roger Coach online training platform available at hub.roger.coach (the “Platform”).

Part 1. Platform Terms and Conditions

1. The Platform

The Platform provides access to on-demand video content and training programmes focused on mobility, flexibility, and movement.

The Platform is provided for general training and information purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

The Platform may not be suitable for everyone and we do not guarantee that it will meet your individual needs or expectations.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend access for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are physically able to engage in general physical activity and take responsibility for deciding what is appropriate for you.

3. Physical readiness

You are responsible for assessing your own readiness to participate in physical activity.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you have no medical condition or limitation that would make participation unsafe, or that you have obtained appropriate medical advice.

We are not responsible for assessing your suitability.

4. Accounts and access

You must create an account to access the Platform.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or the Platform is misused.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Access is provided through a paid subscription. We may offer different plans and billing periods.

  • A 7-day free trial that converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled
  • A direct purchase of a paid membership without a trial

Prices and billing details are shown at checkout.

By starting a subscription, you authorise recurring charges until cancelled.

Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation stops future billing and access continues until the end of the current paid period.

7. Refunds

You have 14 days from purchase to cancel and receive a full refund if no trial was used.

If you cancel a 7-day trial before it ends, you will not be charged.

Once a trial converts or the 14-day period passes, payments are non-refundable.

We may issue discretionary refunds in exceptional circumstances.

8. Health and responsibility

Physical training involves inherent risk.

You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

You are responsible for choosing appropriate exercises and should stop if pain or discomfort occurs.

We are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage except where required by law.

9. Promotions and challenges

We may offer promotions, challenges, or special events.

Participation is optional and additional terms may apply.

10. Recorded calls

Live sessions may be recorded and made available to members.

By participating, you consent to being recorded.

If you do not wish to be recorded, do not join recorded sessions.

11. Content and use

All content is owned by or licensed to us.

Use is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not copy, share, resell, or distribute content without written permission.

12. Behaviour and profile content

You must not misuse the Platform or upload unlawful or inappropriate content.

We may remove content or terminate accounts for breaches.

We may use anonymised excerpts for educational or promotional purposes.

13. Free and discretionary access

Free or special access may be granted at our discretion and withdrawn at any time.

14. Platform changes and termination

We may update, modify, or withdraw the Platform at any time.

Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse or breach.

15. Merchandise

Physical products may be sold separately.

Consumer rights apply to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Risk passes on delivery.

16. Payments

Payments are handled by third-party providers.

We do not store payment card details.

17. International use

The Platform is operated from the UK.

You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

18. Limitation of liability

Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or non-excludable liability.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We aim to respond within reasonable timeframes during business hours.
